RETURN POLICY


RETURN POLICY:

Customers may return items that are not marked FINAL SALE within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

 

Review these helpful tips for trying on your items:

SHOES

Try shoes on soft surfaces such as rugs to avoid scuffing and always ensure to send back shoes with their original box. We cannot accept shoes without their original presentation.

 

SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE

For sanitary reasons, always try these on over your undergarments and never remove the protective liner.

Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.

 

TOPS AND DRESSES

Deodorant tends to rub onto fabric easily, so if this happens, just rub a towel or cloth over it to remove.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact sales@shopeleos.com and our team will be sure to resolve promptly. Please note, many of our items are ethically made by hand and will have some difference sin coloring or fabrication. We celebrate these unique features and do not consider them damages.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To initiate a return, please head to our CONTACT PAGE to fill out the form. Once an RMA is created, the customer is responsible to ship the items to the noted address by their own means. ELEOS does not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages and recommends using insured carriers. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt to the original form of payment.
