Do you ship Internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the USA, but please sign up for our mailing list to be notified when we launch our International business.

What is your Return Policy?

Customers may return items that are not marked FINAL SALE within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please check out our Return Policy Page for more information.

Do you have a TRADE PROGRAM?

Yes! We support all interior designers and production specialists. We work closely with our brands to bring you high quality fair trade and ethical items. Through our Trade Program, we offer preferred pricing. We also work with our artisans to create custom pieces, so if you have an idea, we can bring it to life. To get started, please email sales@shopeleos.com and include your resale license and business identification form. We will be in touch, once approved!

When will I receive my order?

At ELEOS, we aim to ship within 24-72 business hours after an order is placed. If an order is a special order or made to order, the details of shipping times are found within the product description.

My order came damaged, what do I do?

If your order comes damaged or incorrect, please fill out our customer care form and include the order number. Our Personal Shoppers will be in touch to help promptly resolve.

How do I cancel my Order?

Life happens, we get it. We have 15 minutes to help adjust orders when they come in. Please urgently email us at sales@shopeleos.com before the orders are dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, we will need to process a return if you do not wish to keep the item.
