Social Impact

Every recycled towel bought, helps to prevent waste in landfills. During the past 3 years, Hilana has been able to upcycle more than 5 tons of cotton waste and saved more than 15 million of water.

About the Brand

Hilana Upcycle is a sustainable home textiles company founded in Santiago de Chile. The female-founded brand recycles textile waste in Turkey to produce ethically-made towels and lifestyle products. Hilana uses natural dyes and are working to make their manufacturing process zero-waste. Hilana is a certified B Corporation.

Local: We manufacture in Denizli (Turkey), and the weavers are mountain villagers, so the homework before covid. The technique is super low tech (looms) and the result is super practical. The textiles are ultra lightweight, absorbent, dry in no time and compact.
