Product Description
In the cupping in which we chose Tolima Especial, we were really impressed with its sweet, clear flavor while maintaining the creamy body we love. These are the impressive qualities of coffees we source from higher elevations. The beans that comprise the Tolima Especial lot were grown between 1700 and 2000M above sea level. We tasted notes of chocolate, nougat and stone fruit.

About the Brand
Canyon Coffee is based in Los Angeles, California, and was founded by partners Ally and Casey. They started exploring the different flavors of coffee and finding the right beans that could be brewed black at home, in order to make it an enjoyable moment with family and friends. Covering a wide range of palettes, the brand offers high quality coffee that can be tasted every single day. Since 2018, they work side by side with Guatemalan farmers that ensure an ethical production and guarantee healthy working conditions for the families that live from the coffee trade.
